About the SLA
The Sales Leadership Alliance (SLA) was formed to serve as a resource for sales management professionals in the San Diego area. Our objective is to build a community of sales and business development leaders, providing world-class educational opportunities while connecting these professionals to the region’s top-notch resource providers.
The mission is simple – to provide relevant insight, market intelligence, tools and technologies that will enhance the performance of our local sales leaders.
A recent survey reported the average tenure for a Sales Leader at 18 months. The role of the Sales Leader is critical to an organization’s growth and yet many Sales Leaders receive little, if any, formal training on effective management. Additionally, there are limited resources for sales leaders to gain access to professional development – that’s where the SLA comes in!
Meetings are on the 3rd Tuesday of the month.
